Business success stories are everywhere (in bookstores). These tales, though inspirational, only describe the rare few. But what about the flip side? What happens to those who fail? Success or Suicide? is the story of Wayde Greer - burned in business and battling clinical depression and general anxiety. After surviving financial ruin, two suicide attempts, and a month-long stay in a mental health ward - Wayde is eager to share what he has learned the hard way to benefit other entrepreneurs and those struggling with mental health issues. The only way we can elicit change is by talking about it. Success or Suicide? -
is a starting point!
What a great book. I am a nurse and this book provided an insight into mental illness and helped me understand the struggles that everyday people have. If you are looking for a true point of view of mental illness this book has it. There is also some business sense on there too. All in all a great read. Couldn’t put it down.
As seen on CBS, USA Today, NBC and Fox News, Wayde launched his inaugural book “Success or Suicide?” to coincide with the launch of his Speaker Series 'Laugh. Cry. Learn.' The book is a true story about the links between mental health and entrepreneurship, weaved together by raw details of his own personal mental health and entrepreneurial struggles.
72% of entrepreneurs are affected by mental health conditions. In 2017, Wayde tried to kill himself … TWICE. This isn’t his sob story! It’s an open discussion about mental health, woven together by a true story. It’s about getting help, step by step. Today, Wayde’s mission is to help entrepreneurs across the globe.
